The Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Clinic was established with the objective of providing comprehensive medical services free of charge to individuals in need. The clinic serves approximately 500 to 1,000 patients on a daily basis, ensuring that all medical services are delivered at no cost to beneficiaries.

Computer lab
The computer lab was launched in Sikander Khail village, Aryoob Zazai District, Paktia Province, to provide the local community with access to information technology. The facility serves around 60 students, enhancing their digital literacy and learning opportunities.

To improve and support the sport, strengthen youth spirit, and support healthy social activities, the Gulbahar Charity Foundation sponsored the Afghanistan Cycling Competition from Kabul to Nangarhar Province. The participator were 100 cyclists from various provinces across the country

For the first time in a governmental hospital in Afghanistan, the treatment of patients with heart defects is being successfully conducted with the financial support of the Gulbahar Charity Foundation. To till date, ten patients diagnosed with heart defects successfully underwent surgical procedures and have fully recovered
